Your care has been divided into pieces.
You haven’t.
You’ve seen the providers. Done the therapy. Changed the habits. Tried the supplements, treatments or recommendations. Some things helped. Some didn’t.
But you’re still left with the feeling that there’s a bigger picture no one is seeing.
If you’ve reached the point where you’re tired of trying to determine what to do next, you may not need another person looking at one more piece. You may need someone willing to step back and look across all of them.
That’s why we created Wellness Concierge.
Complexity doesn’t scare us.
In many ways, it’s where we do our best work.
We’re especially drawn to people whose experiences don’t fit neatly into one category. People who have multiple layers happening at the same time, have made progress in some areas, and still know something isn’t clicking.
You may be doing everything you know to do and have simply reached the point where you don’t know what else to try.
You do not need to simplify your experience before you come in. We can look at the complexity without assuming every piece is connected or that there is one explanation for everything.
This is different from simply choosing another wellness service.
You are not expected to know whether you need a particular therapy, modality or practitioner before you walk through the door. In fact, we’d rather you didn’t.
We work from the person outward, not the service backward.
Our practitioners bring a broad range of skills, tools and perspectives to this work, but we don’t begin with a modality and try to fit you into it. Our conversation may explore your physical experience, emotional world, nervous system, stress patterns, behaviors, environment, relationships, routines and the care you’re already receiving.
The tool is never the starting point. You are.
What happens next depends on what makes sense for you.
There is no standard Wellness Concierge protocol.
Your next steps may include a more intentional use of Inner Space services, supportive practices you can incorporate into everyday life, wellness tools, changes in where you’re currently placing your energy, or connections to trusted practitioners outside of Inner Space when another type of care makes sense.
Sometimes there may be several next steps. Sometimes the next step may be surprisingly simple.
The goal is not to give you more things to manage. It’s to help you leave with clearer direction and a path forward that feels intentional rather than scattered.
Who Wellness Concierge is for…
Wellness Concierge may be a fit if you’ve tried multiple approaches but still feel stuck, have been addressing different parts of yourself separately and suspect there may be connections worth exploring, feel overwhelmed by conflicting recommendations, or know something needs to change but have run out of ideas about what to try next.
It is also for the person who wants to actively participate in the process. You don’t need to believe in any particular philosophy or approach before you come in.
You don’t need to know which symptom matters most, what’s connected and what isn’t, or which service you should book next. You’ve probably spent enough time trying to figure out what to do.
You just need to be willing to participate in the process, consider things differently and look at the whole picture.
You are not a problem to solve. You are a system to understand.
If you’re at the point where you know something needs to change, but you’re no longer sure where to go from here, this is a place to start.
